Steamed Rainbow Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb of frozen vegetables mixed
  2. 2 cups of broccoli
  3. 1 cup of carrots
  4. 1 or 2 plum tomatoes
  5. 1/2 red bell pepper
  6. 1/2 green bell pepper
  7. 1/2 yellow onion
  8. 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  9. 2 or more tbsp All Nations Salad Dressing

Directions

  1. Wash all the vegetables
  2. Prepare the broccoli to medium or big pieces to your desire.
  3. Slice bell pepper, onion, tomatoes
  4. Heat the pan
  5. Pour the Olive oil let it rest until hot.
  6. Add the All Nations Salad Dressing for good flavor
  7. Pour the broccoli, let it rest for couple seconds to your desire.
  8. Add all vegetables
  9. Let them steam to your desire
  10. Put in your plate
  11. If you need more flavor, you can add more All Nations Salad Dressing.
