Ingredients:
2 Chayote 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil ½ Cup of red peppers and green peppers (chopped) ¼ Cup of water 1 Tablespoon or more of All Nations DressingDirections:
- Wash the Chayote, red peppers, and green peppers.
- Peel the Chayote and dice them into cubes. Chop the red peppers and green peppers as well.
- Heat a pan and add the Olive oil and All Nations Dressing.
- When hot add the Chayote and steam the veggies on low heat.
- Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
