Ingredients:
1 – 2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 cups of Spinach
½ cups of onions, green peppers, yellow peppers, and red peppers
1 – 2 tablespoon or more of All Nations Dressing
Directions:
- Wash the spinach, onions, green peppers, yellow peppers, and red peppers.
- Cut the spinach, onions, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers and set aside for later.
- Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, let it rest until hot and add All Nations Dressing for flavor.
- Add the onions, green peppers, yellow peppers, and red peppers and fry until golden.
- Add the spinach and cook until it’s ready to be served.
- Serve and done!
