Ingredients:
2 potatoes
2 beets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cups of green peppers, onions, peas, corn, and carrots (mixed)
4 tablespoons of more of All Nations Dressing
Directions:
- Wash the beats and potatoes, and cut of the skin.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam both the potatoes and the beets.
- In a separate pan add some about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir fry the peppers, onions, peas, corn and carrots.
- Transfer the veggies onto a plate and add the beets and potatoes.
- Simply drizzle the All Nations Dressing and Done!
